Run run run
So last week I couldn’t update at all seeing as I was working 12-16 hour days for Jimmy Fallon when he came to town for the Super Bowl. That also meant no running, which was tough. I’ve actually grown pretty fond of running, which I never thought would happen.
I ran 4 miles at about a 5.0 mph speed, which is currently .8 mph faster than when I started. It took me about 53 min to...
