I don’t really update this thing, but I’m going to get in the habit of it. 
Not going to lie - I’m really proud of myself. Went from jogging a 15 minute to jogging a 12:45 min mile. This is a huge improvement. After my 2 mile run (took it short tonight), I went and stretched myself out with yoga. 
I’m feeling really energized and get more and more excited about race day.
